Return and Exchange Policy
At ZenLush Perfumes, we value quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Product Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products damaged due to improper handling
- Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)
Process
To request a return or exchange:

- Include your order number and clear images or video showing the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Shipping
- If approved due to damage or defect, ZenLush Perfumes will cover the return shipping cost
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
